PHOTO EXPLORATIONS:
 
Workshops teach photo-journaling techniques to improve self-awareness. 
 
They range from one-time seminars to multi-session programs.  Activities and topics are tailored for the goals of specific populations.  Themes include women & power, goal setting, transitions and identity/self-image.

Cathy Lander-Goldberg, MSW, LCSW, is the director of PHOTO EXPLORATIONS, and also holds a master's degree in social work from Washington University. She has worked with adolescent females and adult women for more than 20 years conducting workshops for many schools, camps and organizations.
